As we head into Gameweek 9 of Fantasy Premier League (FPL) - with over a fifth of the season completed, now is the perfect time to evaluate your transfer strategy to stay ahead in your mini-leagues. In this article, we’ll explore my transfer plans for GW9, designed to help you make informed decisions and secure those valuable FPL points.

Transfer Strategy Tips for GW9

• Team Balance: It’s crucial to maintain a balanced squad. The fixture schedule is going to ramp up in no time and you need to make sure you have at the very least an xMins safe starting XI as well as a playing sub 1.

  
  

• Avoid Chasing Points: Don’t fall into the trap of chasing last week’s points. Instead, focus on players with strong form and favourable upcoming fixtures. Plenty of upside is still available with calculated risks being key.
